1. Gather all the ingredients you’ll need and make sure you won’t forget anything because the taste of the dish will sacrifice later on if you missed out something. You will need these:
Chicken breast (deboned and skinless)
Soy sauce
Dry sherry
Fresh ginger (chopped )
Sesame oil
Salt
Sugar
Snow peas
Onions (sliced thinly)
Corn flour mixed with water
Rice paper a butter paper will also do
Peanut oil
Chilli or garlic sauce (optional for kids)
2. Make sure to slice the chicken in thin sizes. If it is meant for kids make sure that it is into a bite size form to make it easier for them to chew.
3. Mix sherry, ginger, sesame oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce into a bowl.
4. Add the chicken and mix it well with other seasonings.
5. Marinate for about an hour.
6. Cut the rice paper into squares and place few snow pea, spring onions, and pieces of chicken.
7. Fold it until you form an envelope shape and twist the ends to make sure that the stuffing will be secure.
8. Mix the corn flour and water until you form a paste.
9. Use the paste you formed to seal the opening of the envelope.
10. Heat oil and fry the envelopes you’ve made.
11. Drain them in an absorbent paper and serve it hot. Don’t remove the paper on.
