I’m sorry, I’m not aware of any way to repair a blade that has broken. I’ve never seen this happen! I’m not sure what caused it, but you do want to make sure the blade is firmly inserted in the tool before you remove the safety cover. When using the circle cutter, make sure the flat blade is seated securely in the slot on the rotating disk before you begin to cut. Again, I’m very sorry you encountered this problem.
