i guess you could sell and buy them, but probably no-one will buy the uncharged ones. Just buy a lot of glories so you can craft all of your runes at once. Otherwise, just recharge them, it’s not that much of an effort
hang on which is faster, recharging my glory’s or just selling them uncharged and rebuying?
