Any Crafty Ideas For New Picture Frames?

I’m in the middle of changing mine and just looking for some ideas. My sister inlaw is sooo crafty and I’d just like to find an idea somewhere else rather than from her…lol (she’s gotta be sick of me stealing her ideas :) Thanks!

Glue silk ribbon flowers at the corners or all the way around. Glue on stringed pearls all the way around. Decoupage wrapping paper on them. Glue on buttons or jewelry notions all the way around. Silver, copper or gold leaf them. Glue on doilies and paint over them, it gives an interesting texture. Use spackle in a light coating over a stencil and paint. Use braiding, brick a brac or gimp glued all around and put tassels in the top two corners.
